The City Mills reaches new heights

Last week the roof was laid on The City Mill – the first block in the development which will be sold.

The City Mill is the tallest building in the development, standing at nine stories tall, with rooftop gardens for the penthouses.

The roof might be on, but there’s still a long way to go. The new homes will be completed in summer of 2013.

The marketing suite and show apartments will be opening in Summer 2012 and homes will be available for purchase off plan. The marketing suite will be located on the ground floor on the corner of Lee Street and Haggerston Road.

Overall there will be 134 homes for sale in this first phase of the development.
